A fantastic necklace from the Art Nouveau (ca1900) era! Extremely dainty, this 18k French gold necklace is comprised of lovely filigree links, which have a simple but beautiful design. Sections of gold chain alternate with ellipse-shaped links, each of which features intricate interlocking scrolling designs set in the center. At the center of the chain is a screwed watch catch, which secures the necklace. A beautifully made piece, it is versatile enough to wear everyday and would make a perfect addition to any collection or layered look!

Measurements: The entire length of the chain measures 60" long. The ellipse links measure approximately 3/4" long and 1/4" wide.

Condition: The overall condition of the chain is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold links or to the screwed watch catch, which fastens securely and is in good working condition.
